I took my car in for a recall today. Software update, something about windshield wipers, turn signals, etc. A five minute job, I thought, to plug in a computer and upload some software. Oh no, it could take 2-3 hours. What's happened with computers lately, that they're so slow?

The way I see it today ... even with just a computer software update ... for whatever kind of transportation one has to have work performed.

Clean, disinfect, social distance; then, there's the time between customers coming in/dropping off ... picking up/leaving ... clean and disinfect between customers ... you get the drift.

Oh, don't forget, if the customer has to pay for any service, even if someone else has a recall ... clean and disinfect between customers.

New Normal. That's all.
