Hi,
Tried to replace tilt lock pressure switch on 2009 MP3 400 but could not remove blue electrical connection to access switch. How is that done. Any special tool needed?

The screwdriver is only used to release the tang that holds the connector to the sensor. There is no need to go Samsonite monkey on it.

If you are afraid to break something, then better have it done by somebody that knows these bikes.

I think there are almost zero dealers in Hawaii that know the MP3 system.
Almost.

Yup,
Only 1 and they won't work on cycle over 10 years old!
Still can't find someone to show me how to bleed tilt lock. Some say push fluid uo from bottom with syringe? Can't figure out how that works unless you leave master cylinder for tilt lock open and push fluid up into cylinder.

Exactly that - and syringe it out occasionally to ensure it doesn't overflow.
