I live in north New Jersey and would prefer to use a local tech for maintenance/mods.
The dealer I got the scooter from was great but a bit of a distance away and I would just like to support someone local if possible.
Any recommendations?
TIA!

This is probably still off the beaten path for you, but New York Powersports in White Plains is a Vespa dealer and repair facility (along with several other brands) and has recently expanded into a second location. They cover Piaggio, Aprilia, Vespa, Kymco, which I've seen on their floor, and supposedly Benelli, which I haven't seen. They also handle Kawasaki and Moto Guzzi motorcycles.

I use them for stuff I don't/can't/refuse to do on my own, which, so far, turns out not to have been much, but I've been very happy with them. They've been VERY busy during this pandemic.

Hey DeadHead,
I go to Motorcycle Mall in Belleville for my BV needs. Great guys, great, fast service. They service Vespa too.

Vespa dealership in Belleville....have used them...capable technicians but customer service and communications...meh....like dealing with a cable utility company or state motor vehicle agency

First nice weekend I get to ride this spring, I'm planning to ride up and check out (a newly listed?) Vespa dealership in Goshen NY. I will report back my findings.

Its about the same distance from me as the second post suggestion in White Plains NY

Thanks all.
Was hoping to find a small or one man shop.
I guess no luck.
