Modern Vespa

When I started my current job(7+years) there were 3 sales techs. Now we have 6 and their looking for another (7). When I started, the company had about 20 products to sell, now we have about 50.
For 2 years now I have been struggling to keep up. My boss isn't horrible but he doesn't act like he owns a company.
Today I laid down an ultimatum. I told them the stress is killing me and I'm now only willing to work two 6 hour days a week. So I'm now semi-retired or fully retired, their choice
Now I need to figure out how to extract the company's day to day B.S. out of my brain so I can hopefully enjoy the rest of my life.

Well, for one thing, congrats for (1) recognizing what was getting to you, and (2) having the stones to take appropriate action. Not everyone can manage it.

The rest might not be that hard to sort after this. Good luck handling it!

Retirement at the earliest feasible opportunity is the Right Thing to do, unless your job feels more like a hobby than duty.

Great decision. Did the same when the BS outweighed the enjoyment. One person, just one person in a whole organisation broke my enjoyment in an industry I love.
