Hello I'm working on an lx 150 2007. I've changed the carb and done a full tune up.it has a malossi variator that had flatspotted rollers.so I put new malossi 9.3 gr rollers in it along with a new belt. This turd will not go over 35 mph. I'm at a loss on what to do from here. Any ideas would help.

Why did you change the carb?

I'd suspect that first and then From there jump into the trans in the event something wasn't assembled properly.

The carb not working properly after a rebuild is most likely user error. You probably didn't need a new carb. And then you bought one, that's probably wrong for the application. Hence, why it runs butt.

Yes the lighter rollers would affect top end, but not to that extent.

You F'd something in the trans or the carb is whacked out.

Run it back and start at square one. I'd bet money on the carb to start.
