it looks like the clutch lever arm where the clutch cable goes through is threaded and split open...the clutch adjustment bolt is threaded into the split hole on the lever arm and then the pinch bolt at the end of it securing the clutch cable.

i have a copy of a parts book and its a little hard to tell but it looks like the hole on the lever arm is open as well.

i cant find another vs5 to compare it to, all the other pictures i can find for other scooters the hole is closed with no opening.

is this factory or is this something someone did?

does anyone have any pictures of what its supposed to look like?

thanks
