Hey all,
I made a Primavera and Sprint oil and filter change walkthrough. I did it both as an article and as a video.
The full article is here: https://www.youmotorcycle.com/how-to-change-oil-filter-vespa-primavera-sprint.html
But essentially I have it broken down into 5 steps:
1) Remove the oil drain bolt to drain out the old oil and clear the pre-filter (oil screen)
2) Remove the old oil filter
3) Lubricate and install the new oil filter
4) Lubricate and install the oil drain plug
5) Fill with 1.43 litres of clean oil and check the oil level on the dipstick
To do this I printed out the pages related to oil change and oil level check from Vespa's Primavera service manual, and followed those.
The idea was to make a walkthrough for people who want it done the way Vespa intended, without necessarily wanting to pay a dealer to do something they could easily do themselves.
For those who prefer video (my preference, personally):

PS: Someone always shits on me for recommending using a torque wrench on an oil change. Yes, I know, half turn past hand tight is good enough. But my videos are aimed at complete beginners, and I have no idea if my viewer is going to be like one of my riding buddies who's 6'4 and 250 lbs, or like another one of my riding friends who's 4'11 and 97 lbs. I can tell you that his hand tight, and her hand tight, are very, very different, so I like giving people torque specs. Do with that information whatever you'd like
