Good Morning! I have a V9A1T, and I need to replace the original piston. while there I was wondering if I could replace the cylinder with a 130cc or malossi 136cc. If I do that, can I keep the rest stock or do I need new crankshat and carburetor?
Thank you in advance!

You already have the longer crank in your V90, but you will want at least the 19 carb and manifold plus a better pipe than stock to take advantage of the new cylinder.

I think even with the stock pipe you will see a nice bump in power but keep in mind you will not be allowed to ride in some parts of Germany.

That's a hi end huge port cylinder. Your case ports are much smaller and you may do as well with a milder Polini or even DR 130 kit, but you will still want the bigger carb even if you start with your stock exhaust.

I think the only way to justify that Malossi kit is with a lot of case welding and grinding, bigger carb than a 19 and using that cylinder inlet and a reed valve, a really good pipe, a stronger clutch, probably a racing crank and maybe some gear work too, at least your primaries. Oh, and a hot ignition to match please... CHT & EGT would be a good investment about now too. How's your shocks, brakes and tires???

+1 on Polini mono or DR with 19.19 carb.

You guys are the best! Will buy the DR 130.
I am confused about which crankshaft to get, I need to change the existing one, any recommendations? Any other part that I need to change?
Found this one:

Found this Carburator Kit
https://www.sip-scootershop.com/en/product/carburettor-kit-sport-shbc-1919_19622800?q=Carburator%20kit%2019

I guess I only need to choose a crankshaft, am I forgetting anything else?

Bearings, seals since you are in there anyways, plus anything else that's damaged when you open it up.

Hope this is my last question before embarking in this. What about primary drives? 22/63 2.86 or 24/72 (3.00)?
