Can hear a really bad squeaking/rattling noise at idle, while driving it goes away. And also It's making the noise when pushing it with engine off and it's real hard to push. Any ideas what it could be as nearest dealer is an hour away?

It's your scooter telling you it's time for a transmission overhaul. How many miles has it been since the last time it was done?

Just did belts and rollers 100 miles ago. It was a fairly new dealer. Maybe they messed something up. It's not just makes noise, if scooter is off you can barely push it and the noise is there even when not running.

Are you sure the noise is coming from the transmission? - Could it be your rear brake caliper is sticking?

If the transmission was overhauled just recently, then for sure it needs to be taken apart and looked at. They failed to reassemble it correctlly.

First place I would look at is the clutch and clutch bell. Maybe a clutch spring has come apart?

I totally agree, the thing needs to be taken part and inspected. dealers are not prefect by no means and could have installed the wrong belt, not got the belt deep enough in the clutch before putting the belt on the various, thus holding the outer plate off instead of being fully seated. could have screwed up the various ramp plate slides and have a roller twisted.
failed to install washers properly and got the outer cover too tight on the clutch shaft?

lots of things to be not right.

Dealer picked up bike today so we will see soon what was going on. I tried to upload a video of the issue here and it wouldn't let me.

You should post your bike model in your profile, or at the very least in your thread when asking for help. Might be a swingarm bearing or clutch cover bearing. You say it is there with engine off while pushing it....?

It was the clutch nut. It had come off and that's what was making the noise.
