Their sales department is great. But their service department has had a huge turnover the last 3 years. All most all of the good people who worked in service and repairs have moved out. The current group has 2 people are good & decent the rest care more about meeting numbers ( push from management).
Scooter Bottega has been delivering quality work and customer service.

Unlike say ScooterWest in San Diego the Vespa BK is no comparison to their customer service. I live less than 2 miles from Vespa BK & I avoid using them even for a state inspection. They went from being awesome to kinda sleazy in the service department.
