Fender Elimination: a lot more work than I thought. Just to get that bracket off I had to: Remove top case bracket, grab rail, and seat. Loosened upper plastics, rear tail and underseat trunk case

Bought an eBay $12 license plate bracket. Cut and crimped turn signals back on

Malossi Exhaust: installed it in 20min. Super easy and fitment was perfect
A bit louder than oem and gives it a nice moto sound.

Evap removal: Easy to do after looking at the diagram and Reading Carpe Diem's thread. WEB-Tec gave a great idea on how to loosen the Evap bracket screws

* After removal: no more first start stall. No more decel exhaust farts either

I took pics if any one is interested in doing it and I can start a new thread on this.

So much more space now in the trunk.

Wish I didn't have to be the devils advocate but. I realize there's too few police out there but I'd bet if you were pulled over for something else, they would cite you for improper plate display.
Now this is a fact! If you ride in the rain like that, you are going to regret it. I rode my BV in the rain without a fender and all I can say is, the amount of water that will hit you is very impressive. I was in the process of making my custom fender at the time.

All good man. That's why I joined to forum, to share & learn.
The plates adjustable. So when I'm feeling frisky I tilt it up.
Btw the cops here in Miami don't bother motos much

As for the water....that's what my passengers for ... to block that rain off my back 😂
I've built custom bikes and I know this oh to well
