I have a 2003 ET2. After leaving it sitting for a bit too long this winter I replaced the battery. The engine turns on, lights and horn works, but when I turn the throttle she doesn't start up or accelerate. Nothing happens. Any tips?

Throttle cable rusted through and broken? I've had that. The break is usually at the grip end.

The engine starts and runs, but nothing happens when you twist the throttle.
