ASR-ABS Won't stop blinking on my bike. I just started it for the season and have not had the battery in for a long time. I actually bought a new battery and when I called the store I bought the bike from they said I may not have the connection right on the battery. They said something about a grounding wire but I don't see an extra wire anywhere. Where could I find something that shows me how they should be connected? I do understand red is positive black is negative. I do not understand where to find a schematic to show me where the wires go or where the ground wire is. I hope somebody can help me. Thanks, Nancy
The Negative, or black wire, is sometimes called "ground". If you have the black wire connected to the battery's negative terminal, you've got it right.
I did that right. Thanks. My ABS light and ARS light will not stop blinking on the bike. When I called the place I bought it they said that I probably put the wires on wrong even though I told them that it started and we were able to ride it.
