I think your bum isn't the best place to direct the limited available watts your Vespa can spare. Heated grips and an apron should help.

My iPad is choking on that link too. Generally you can edit out the junk after the ?, but it doesn't help in this case.

I did look at the heated grips, I just didn't like the fact that I read that some people see more wear on the rubber and when that happens, you can't just replace the rubber, but need to buy a new one, uninstall the previous entire wiring and do it all over again.

It might be interesting to manually turn on the radiator fan to direct hot air from the radiator outlet under the cover and have hot air all around the body.
