Does anyone in nyc have an extra needle clip for a 17.5mm phva carb. Drop mine while tuning and don't have an extra. I ordered some but im trying to ride this Sunday. I'm on 225th in marble hill area

If you have no luck, it shouldn't be that difficult to improvise.

Suggest looking into a piece of steel guitar or banjo string of appropriate diameter, custom formed with needle-nosed pliers.

If it is just a standard "circlip" (C-shaped flat clip that is pressed over a narrow groove in the needle), you may be able to find one at a good, old-fashioned hardware store in the section that has the many drawers of small hardware bits. Take the needle along for trial fitting.

This type of clip is pretty common for many things besides carb needles.
