Hi guys I have managed to get my engine running and diagnosed a damaged zues cdi many thanks to SALISBURY for the help. So now onto the next problem I have . My engine is a px150 2015 that I have fitted into my old motovespa. The engine was professionally built about 2 years ago but due to covid etc and work I have only just got round to fitting it in my scoot. The engine was built with a mallossi 177 cylinder and I have a sip road two pipe I am also still running the standard 20 /20 carb. This is my first vespa after having a lambreyta for 20 years and I find the carbs a little confusing if I am honest.
The engine fires up and idles great the idle screw is 2 turns out and the mixture screw is the same. My problem is as soon s the choke is off it dies instantly. I suspect the jetting is way out and have just removed everything this is what I have.

140 air corrector
115 main
52_140 idle
BE4 mixer.

Can anyone tell me please if anybof this could be my problem or suggest what would be a good start point.

Debris in the idle jet or idle jet circuit. Start here first.

That setup is close enough. Very seldom can a jetting setup makes the motor shut off when choke is released. Start cleaning the carb like stated earlier and go from there.
