Hi Guys

Finally got it finished after my engine swap after a few niggling issues. Thanks again to those who helped with no spark and carb issues. Finally got it finished yesterday have put about 100 miles on it and are now thrashing the arse off it. I really don't understand why nobody talks about the small block Mallossi MHR kit I think its amazing. Specs as follows

MALLOSSI MHR 190
60mm crank
Uprated clutch
26mm bgm fast flow spaco
Sip road 2.

Its a riot ! The thing wheelies and the power keeps coming and coming loads of stuff to come, breaks, shocks, tubeless , etc.

Sorry for the chappy photos it was early dark

Beautiful looking scoot.

How is the average speed greater than the max speed?

I bet 65 feel fast. My VNB doesn’t go that fast yet.

What are you using to measure your speed?

I have used a gps bicycle computer. It works pretty good.

And you've only run it100 miles? God my dr 177 was tedious running 40mph for 400 miles. Whats the recommendedrun in for your kit?

The recommendation was 50 miles, these kits are nothing like the older cast iron kits its the main reason why I chose it. I also put a good few heat cycles on it before I rode it.
I have now done around 400 miles all good so far jetting is rich and running at 4% but going to drop to 3%;soon
