The attached photo of a tool kit on Ebay listed as a Vespa tool kit has a tool my kit does not have and I'm just curious what it is. It is just below the yellow plastic clip (what is that for?) and is one piece of metal with a C shape at the end. What is that called and what does it d?

I know, I need to get a life!

That is a wrench used to turn the preset adjustment on a shock absorber. I don't know if the shocks on a 50cc can be adjusted. If so, you need one. They are cheap, don't pay a lot for one.

The yellow clip is like tongs to pull the fuses out of the sockets.
