The throttle handle/cable jams open at full power. The bike has a pbhg19 racing carburator installed. Nothing seems wrong with any of the setup or parts visually. The carb has been cleaned several times with no change, brand new. Unsure of any missing parts. The slide the spring sits on is really hard to put in, but comes out easily.

Notice any kinks or hard bends in the cable? Has the throttle tube been greased recently?

It's that stupid throttle splitter that's behind the glove box plastic...if I recall you have to just take it apart and reseat everything....I've bought a single cable setup for the next time mine gets effed up

without knowing whether or not you've disabled the injector cable/splitter, i'd hazard a guess that your throttle cable is incorrect. either too long or too short (most likely) and getting hung up at full crank.

You may be putting the slide in the wrong way leaving it jammed at halfway. It only goes in one way. Never know.
