Before lifting the scooter....
Hold the right side axle hex with a 19MM wench. Loosen the Left side axle nut with an 18MM*wrench. (*an odd size for me- had to run out and buy one!)

There is a hard frame member just inside the under-belly panel, feel it and use it to block up the scooter for front wheel removal.

Once scooter is safely blocked up - remove the Left side nut, pull out the axle paying attention t the order of things.

Axle nut is torqued to 46 ft lbs.

This job is so much easier than the rear wheel removal - sad that the rear's wear out first!!
