Have a 2018 gts300 tryed to calibrate my Speedo but now my engine light is on any ideas

If you mean recalibrate the ASR then this can happen if you get the steps wrong. Check manual and try again.

If you did mean calibrate the speedo then I'd be interested to know how

Yes sorry it is the ASR will the engine light clear if I calibrate correctly myself

Yes, steelbytes is correct. You must try again with the recalibration. It's easy to get it wrong the first time you have a go at doing this. Once you get it right the engine light will go out, unless that is, you have another problem. I doubt that though. It's not uncommon to need to try the procedure a couple of times. But first, think it through and then have another go.
