Hi there!
I've been rebuilt my engine yesterday and expecting my new body work to assembly with,I was wondering if anyone ever do the engine start up test before assemble? Thanks

Yes, this is a common thing to do on some of the older 2t engines. Build a test stand and let her rip! BTW, you will get more advice for your scoot on the NSM side.

I've been made this amount today and ready to begin a test but it doesn't come spark right now ~can anyone give me some tips to solving the issue?

At a minimum, you must have the red wire off the stator firmly secured to the long yellow wire coming off the HT coil. The points must also be correctly gapped and open at its widest point to .4mm.
