Modern Vespa

Good turn out with 16 riders. My Maxi Scooter group is morphing into a CanAm group
with 5 of our regulars selling their two wheelers for CanAms. For safety, we divided
into two flights one following the other by a few minutes.

We kicked off in Hudson, (Just across the boarder from Minnesota) on the St Croix River,
and had breakfast at Key's Cafe' and Bakery. We adventured around backroads with
horse ranches, Dairy Farms over hill and dale to River Falls WI for lunch at the Kinni Cafe
(named after local river). After lunch we rode down scenic Hwy O (considered one of
the best motorcycle routes in Wisconsin) to the mighty Mississippi River and ended are
ride at Prescott WI. Life is good on the scooter trail.

There goes the neighborhood! That happens to be my sister's town...be careful!

I'll have to check out that road when I'm in town with a scooter....I usually overnight there to charge my batteries before the big Twin Cities events.

Anyway, sounds like a fun ride!

You simply take cemetery road out of River Falls, turn South on Hwy 65 to
Hwy O. Beautiful route down to the Mississippi to hwy 65 then right on Hwy 35
to Prescot. Cross the Mississippi then up Hwy 10 to the Twin Cities. There is
a small switch on Hwy 10 back on Hwy O. Breath taking SW Wisconsin.

We have actually attracted some new rider (even ladies). The guy on the
Vespa Red 200 could easily keep up with us.
