Modern Vespa

I did a quick search and didn't see a thread on the national vespa parade here in the USA tomorrow (I know, it's probably there, but I couldn't find it-link below if there is one.)

I'm in SLC this week-and I brought the GTS. Tried calling the SLC Vespa store today to see if there was a parade/ride from their shop tomorrow, but no one answered the phone all day. Anyone know of a Wasatch Front ride tomorrow?

And finally, more important to the Parade overall, what city are YOU scooting in with your Vespa Parade?

If it doesn't rain on our parade I'll ride with the Vespa Club Twin Cities. 33 Miles around the Cities ending with some food, drinks, and socializing at a local park.

I was going to start a photo thread tomorrow morning about this very topic. We held our parade today because several of our most active members have Sunday set aside as a no-ride day.

Our temps were supposed to be around 108° today so we rode to breakfast then took a quick ride up to a local scenic spot for photos.

How about Honolulu? Anyone riding on Sunday 6/27/21?

I'm riding with Robot and the Vespa Motorsport crew. They were talking about live streaming the start.

Nah, just get up close and personal with the man himself or your Vespa will be sleeping with the fishes.

Seriously, no pressure. My guess is there will be a ton of scooters and I rarely see more than 10 together at any given time. I want to live vicariously through your pics.

Riding with the 7 Hills Scooter Club in RVA. Parade hosted by Moto Richmond.

I had forgotten about the Vespa parade, but was planning to lead the scooter club on a 160 mile ride today.

The club is mostly Maxis and a couple of motorcycles now, but a few of us ride Vespas.

I couldn't decide which scooter to take, but was leaning to the Xmax.

With this reminder, I am taking a Vespa.

Now, which one?

If you hook up with some scooters please grab a picture. I rarely see Vespas where I am on the windward side.

I got my Vespa Day ride in. It wasn't a parade, as it was just me, and only about a dozen miles. But it was a milestone for me, as my first ride in about eight years! It was wonderful!! Ride safe!

Vespa Club - Twin Cities

There were about twenty scooters there, though they weren't all Vespas. I had a good time!

All by myself. So beautiful and 10-15 degrees cooler up in the mountains!
