Putting in a new main bearing on a P200 and I cannot get this thing to budge (and I have good circles pliers).

Is it the usual heat/cold and that's about it? Other options? Obviously I don't want to screw up the case surfaces with anything too radical. The bearing isn't terrible but since the fly side is trash I would prefer to replace the pair.

Loosen up the two 11mm nuts on the clutch side and tap the bearing some to give you more room with the circlip. Then retighten before you reinstall the new bearing.
