Please dont buy the cheapest you can find on ebay..... ive replaced and junked more "it was cheap" stuff on peoples scooters than i care to mention.

if you do buy from ebay - try and stick to the "decent dealers".... i have no affiliation with but trust the following ebayers

Thanks for that. I bit the bullet and bought a full fork with the lower suspension mount already fitted. It’s an DA Italia one so I hope it’s decent quality. Will be fitting new bearings too.

As a general rule, you should never buy re-pop parts off EBay. Lots of what's on there is stuff that failed quality checks at the re-pop factory, so it's worse-than-inferior.

As SaFis said, it's your life on the line. Is that worth saving $10 versus buying from someone reputable and also keeping the scooter shops economically viable?

Only buy original or NOS, and even then only if the Usual Suspects don't have what you need.
