The seat on my brand new 2021 GTS Super won't unlatch. I was told there was a lever in the glove box to open the seat if the electric unlatch didn't work. I can't find said lever. What do I do now?

Update....found the latch in the glove box and got it opened up. The problem was the pet carrier was not seated properly causing the the locking mechanism not to engage. All is good in the world now.

That's exactly what happened to me. When it didn't latch, I stupidly exerted more pressure on the seat and managed to get it closed, but then it wouldn't unlatch.

I am glad your manual latch works. The one in my Piaggio BV350 would not unlatch the seat when my battery died and I needed to get into the seat. Serious pain!
