I am looking for the paint code for a Vespa SV150 3Vi.e. The scooter is a special edition in a deep metallic orange, the scooter number is RP8M66601DV000794. The colour is deeper and richer than it appears in this picture. Has any one any ideas?

Is there a paint code sticker under the pet carrier? If so, perhaps you could find the paint at scooterpaint.com.

Baliphil, welcome to MV! If the picture you posted is of your scoot, have you checked under the pet carrier as cnvh suggested? It should be located just below the seat latch if it is similar to mine.

Thanks Attila, steelbytes, cnvh and Guzzi Gal. I am in Indonesia, it has some damage and needs a bit of painting (not much). I think it was made 3 or 4 years ago but was a limited special edition. There is a sticker under the pet carrier but, as you can see, the sticker is damaged (if that is the sticker with the colour on it). There are lots of vespas here, many are very old but in recent years there has been a resurgence and there are new ones everywhere. This particular colour is very striking and there are very few around.

Doesn't seem to be there on RP8M scoots (Viet). My Australian 2019 grey SuperTech doesn't have any sticker with the colour code (but i know it's 715/C). I also checked the glovebox and the battery compartment (but not under the battery), no luck.

searching for your VIN prefix I did find the following table with a few different Orange/Arancio

check for a number like EVPMAUNVT1 under the seat. my bike has a a sticker on the underside of the actual seat with this sort of number

I also saw "linosa" on your photo and when I search for 965/A it is called Orange Linosa ... might be it! also saw 965/A called "dunkelorange" which translates as "Dark Orange"

Steelbytes, I think you have found the answer. The label under the seat says ..PMAUNRI.. and the word "Linosa" is there. Orange Linosa 965/A sounds like it might be the colour.

I'll see if I can get a sample made up. Sadly it might not be soon, They are locking down here tomorrow. Stay safe everyone.
