Several months ago I bought an ET4 125 on ebay for very little money. It had been completely dismantled and the seller had cobbled the body together for the sale, but none of the wiring was connected and quite a lot of it was a jumble of parts in the underseat bucket!
I've now done a lot of renovation work on it, including a complete paint job and have got to the part where I'm trying to get it back together again. The Haynes manual, unfortunately, is little help with several aspects so I'm wondering if anyone can help me with a few things?
Firstly, fitting the starter motor, there are two bolts which hold the rear of the starter, one long one with a spacer and one short one. The problem I have is that I can't see how the short one attaches to anything, and it looks like there should be two long bolts and two spacers. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing here?
Secondly, the wiring round the battery/starter/ignition/fuses has me stumped. I have a wiring diagram, but I'd be grateful if someone could give me some idea where everything goes. A couple of close up photos would be very helpful!
