I've given up after many years. I appreciate the fact that I've been able to buy a lot of vintage NOS parts over the years from great vendors, and occasionally sell unneeded parts, but they have kicked themselves in the nuts too many times with their silly games regarding payment methods.

Does anyone know the best auction style sites where vintage scooter parts can be bought and sold? I'm aware of Scoot.net, but it has its limitations for people like me who live outside the US.
