The manual states 2.43 gal with a reserve at 0.5-0.66 gal. The little bit of experimenting I have been able to do indicates that the reserve is what is left when all bars disappear not when the low fuel light comes on. When the light comes on it seems like there is still about 0.8 gal as when fill at that point, it seems to take around 1.6 gal.
Is my understanding of the fuel capacity correct>
