Hi,
I order the exhaust from Ali express, and before I make the order asked them if it fit on my (vespa GTS 300 super racing sixties 2021) and the confirm that fit. When I try to install I couldn't Because I notice the difference in the exhaust manifold.
My question here is if I replace the new exhaust manifold with the previous model it will fit with the mid exhaust pipe or no before i order it ?

Thank you for your replay . I already ordered the part yesterday and received it and the exhaust was installed today but basically it was supposed to be full exhaust ( mid pipe to manifold ) .

Hi guys,

Sorry to bring up this old thread, this is my first post here!
I recently purchased a new 2023 Vespa GTS 300 Super Sport, the Euro 5 model that has the long exhaust mainflod with cat installed - similar or exactly like in the 'kandrani' pics above.
I want to install a Toro aftermarket exhaust (UK made) that works with the older/shorter exhaust mainflod (without cat).

Do you know if this mod will throw a check engine light or any other bad readings to the ecu etc considering that i'll be running without the cat installed?
Does the 2023 O2 sensor works with the older/shorter exhaust mainflod?

Thank you,
Alex

The guy in this thread did the opposite; he fitted a Euro 5 exhaust onto a Euro 4 HPE (think he did transfered the o2 sensor). He seemed happy after buying a Euro 5 manifold - claims the bike is running fine. So I'd be optimistic of doing what you want. But please note - might be less happy if you don't have any catalytic installed (ask toro if they sell a matching cat that I'd expect would install in the slip joint like most others).

PS I don't see on Toro's site that thare UK made. Also looked at the pics on motorcyclepartswarehouse.co.uk and the silencer appears to only have one anchor point unlike all the other aftermarket gts exhausts that I've seen which have two (oem has 3) so would be less stable and put more load on the header bolts ...

Thanks for the prompt reply.
Yes, that guy did the opposite.
Toro was/is one of the cheapest option available and I thought they were made in UK but I could be wrong, yes.
Anyway, I think I will stick with this OEM exhaust for now because I am sure that if I will instal an older mainflod without any cat installed it will threw in a check engine light for sure… Or mess with the ECU readings.
The REMUS 2.0 is my favourite but the cost exceeds 1000 euro or maybe more.
All these Euro 5 pipes are very expensive because most of them are full exhaust systems including catalyst.
