Europe has the standard MP3 just like the rest of the world.

The Gilera Fuoco (no longer in production) was the same bike of the last gen MP3, but with a Mad Max like bodykit.

Think of the Gilera as an orphan brand of a large car manufacturer with the fenders bent a little differently, such as Fiat which owns Lancia. Lancia is down to 1 model (a recycled Fiat 500) and only sells in Italy.

Same thing with the Gilera. I think the Runner (a 50cc generic scoot) is the only Gilera model left.
