I asked and they said they are available in 120/70-12 and 130/70-12

I am in Melbourne, no snow. I do a lot of country riding though.

Previously this person has come up as a reliable manufacturer of snow chains for scooters.

Hubert Staudacher Tire Chains
Hetzendorf, Judenburger Strasse 30b,
8753 Fohnsdorf (ST)
Republik Österreich (Austria)
phone: +43 3573 / 2626

and aerostich.com has both snow studs and snow claws.

I think the guy in Austria probably knows what he's doing!

I found two brands on that website.

YUTAKA didn't have the right size

MIZUNO has one that says it is for a 3.00 12inch which is the size of a GTS wheel but no info on tire sizes 130/70 etc

not sure if either would actually fit or are even in stock or still manufactured

all references to 'Hubert Staudacher Tire Chains' that I find are a decade old :-/

the snow claws on aerostich.com look interesting. did similar-ish on aliexpress ... still pondering this idea of 'claws' instead of full chains

If I was riding on dirt or trails regularly I would get knobbies. These would probably be barely rideable on the road but terrible on the highway. 10-90
https://www.bikebandit.com/tires-tubes/motorcycle-tires/shinko-mobber-motorcycle-tire/p/64480

On pavement and gravel roads maybe I would get some d604's 90-10
(might do that as I like to ride some favorite gravel roads in the Laurentian mountains.

We have real winter here so no comment on winter riding.

I have thought about this. I do a lot of day trips into the country - these would be typically 10% gravel/dirt.

Knobbies like those shinko just ain't gonna work for me for the reasons you mention.

Something like those dunlops ... could maybe live with them.

I'm about to stick on another pirelli diablo which will probably last me until Christmas-ish. also thinking of getting SIP 13" wheels but they're still listed as "coming soon". I've thought of having something like those dunlops on one set and diablos on the other ... if only it was easier to switch the rear wheel

If I get those, then would probably have an issue fitting chains on the rear as they might not then fit under the guard
