EDIT: the below reply by Jerry is wrong, his photos show a fatter hose than my E3 HPE hose.

Does anyone know the outer diameter of the hose that connects the air box to the throttle body on an HPE?

I want to see if it's the same on the Europe (ECMA) & American (NAFTA) HPEs vs the Asia Pacific (APAC) HPE which has the different air box.

Am a little suspect of a difference as I noticed in pics of the inside of the NAFTA/ECMA HPE airbox that there are a few inches of pipe *inside* the air box that is not present in my APAC so I'm not gonna assume that the pipe *outside* the airbox is the same with both styles.


PS, I am asking for outer as I can easily then compare this to the outer of mine. (of course assuming same thickness of pipe walls)

that hose is gonna be the same size. the other end of that hose connects to the throttle body. the throttle body is also the ecu. the connection is 55mm on the inside of hose, outside diameter of throttle body connection. . dont know outside diameter of the hose. I just used the hose on my yamaha majesty 400 project. the majesty has two airboxes. I wanted to eliminate one side. I used the gts250 hose as it was the right size to accomplish the task.
