hello

i'm new on the forum, I read the forum but nowhere I didnt find a hint to identify my error. I have an MP3 300 LT year 2015, I recently encountered a Roll lock error, namely MP3 does not report an error with sound signals (no beep) when I give contact with the key flashes (for a second) the light for Front suspension locking system warning and half some beep, then the light goes out, only the front suspension locking system failure warning light is on, there are no audible beeps. Roll lock does not work, Front suspension locking system failure warning light burns continuously.
I kindly ask for help or advice, what kind of mistake could it be? problem occurred overnight.

First step would be to check the fluid level and perform a flush & refill.

This should be done every 2 years at minimum along with the brake fluid.

Both the tilt lock and the brake system use DOT4 brake fluid.

brake fluid does not evaporate, so you have a leak somewhere.

I'd focus on the tilt lock pressure switch and the tilt lock switch on the handle bar. Both are known to be weak points.

at the service station, the diagnosis showed that the engine for the Roll Lock had died, the price of which is 600EUR + Now I am skeptical if it really is an RL engine, because it could be another mistake that is cheaper for my wallet. Facepalm emoticon

the electric motor is a wipermotor from a fiat refurbished one go for 100.- euro

The larger allumium casing that pushes also the hydrolic cylinder has only bearings and 2 sprockets a overhaul should not cost more then 100.- including labour for it

most of the time it only needs some grease
