I have a 2005 GT200 and the fuel gauge just stopped working with the low fuel indicator remaining on. While poking around trying to find the electrical connection to the fuel sender I noticed a frayed wire - perhaps recently chewed by mice. I'm wondering if this is the sender wire. I separated the frayed end and there are 3 wires in the harness.

Can anyone identify this wire? Have not yet found the other side of this wire, assuming there is one....

Thanks! And thanks for the link to those pdfs. Thanks to those I was able to see where that wire led and discovered they'd chewed it off right at the connector... which does not give me a lot of wire to work with to connect back up. Thanks again!
