The 2 small screws underneath that hold the front of the headset seem to have vibrated out, or maybe they were never there.!
What size are they and where can I get them?
Cheers from the Isle of Mull

You can order them online from 'Fowlers' parts store. I don't know what size or thread pitch, but if you get it wrong you'll regret it. It will destroy the headset mount area as many have found out and it becomes a problem to secure the headset into it's proper position. I ordered two last summer. Can't find the invoice so can't help just now with the part numbers, but then yours might be a different size anyway. Make sure to login to Fowlers website and put in your bike details so you can see the right ones. They cost peanuts and they'll post them out to you.

Also, are we talking about a PX or GT/GTS. Your in the modern section you probably ought to be in the Not so Modern threads if it's a PX.

Yes I have a 2015 GTS 300, a modern Vespa.
The PX is a Classic.
Well we know that all Vespa fittings are in mm, so the headset set screws will either be M4 or smaller.
You say you don’t have the invoice, but Fowler’s would, yes?
And where is Fowler’s?

Thanks Dooglas. Yes, as mentioned above in my post, it's online. You can get the part numbers from their online parts finder. It's easy to use and they normally have most things in stock. It will be quicker than me loging in to my account and searching for my invoice. I order a considerable amount of stuff from them as I work on lots of bikes and I'm not going to go through several dozen invoices looking for the part numbers.
