Hi there,
Just bought a brand spanking new 2021 primavera 150.

Just unloaded it from the truck and it’s super cool!

Unfortunately the handle bars are about 3* out of alignment. Maybe the dealer didn’t set up the bike properly who knows. Being mechanical inclined I could probably and happily do it myself. But, I cannot find a manual.

Any advice?

The easiest way to do this is snug the tyre up against the kerb and haul on the handlebars.

I've seen something similar to what znomit described. The fellow faced the bike with the tire between his knees and pulled the handlebars back to center. Sometimes brute force is all you need.

I would also look around and see if there is anything else that needs adjusting or tightening.
