Modern Vespa

First of all...
I am SO happy and excited!! I have been wanting a Vespa since I was a little girl and the dream has finally come true!
Unfortunately, they are out of stock and I am waiting until early spring 2022 to get my 2021 Primavera 150. She is paid for and I am waiting, except that I CANT WAIT!!! I have already purchased all of my accessories and gear and now I torture myself with online forums and pictures.

Congratulations. Welcome to the forum. I wonder while you await your new Vespa, are you switching from a motorbike to a Vespa or this is your first PTW.
If it is your first PTW, wonder if you will take a MSF course etv or maybe you are a racer and could be lessons to other forum members .

Yes, I will be taking the safety course, closer to when I pick her up.

I have been a cyclist for a long time but yes this will be my first powered 2 wheel vehicle. Which is why that safety course is a must for me!

Welcome! I feel your pain of the waiting game. Although I did not purchase a Vespa I have been waiting for my Royal Alloy for about three months. Today I decided to pump the brakes on the purchase in order to upgrade to the 300. I was told maybe in the early New Year.
I have a bunch of gear sitting in my closet ready to use! I am also going bonkers!

Yes, we can’t wait for the borders to open as well. I love to go to flea markets, tag or garage sales in both NY state and MI. If I had known it was going to be closed for so long we would have just stayed in Florida before the world shut down in March 2020. On Canada’s part it’s stupid to close it to Americans, plus your north border is closed to Canucks yet the southern border is wide open and people from Nigeria, Ireland and Turkey are entering the US I wonder what they think we will do. The world is crazy right now!

I never thought the I would live to see a day where there was so much confusion and fear.
The simple things like waiting on a bitchin scooter is keeping me going. I hope that we both find the happiness we are looking for when we set our asses upon our metal steads.
