Just to report. Gtv 250ie with 7,000kms. Changed stock tires to Pirelli Sport Demons and added a top case. Headset wobble appears. Changes made close together

Wobble starts with deceleration. engine or brake. Our rough Toronto roads makes it worse.

Changed front and rear shocks. Verified tire balance. Verified brake disc's are true. Added heavier bar end weights. Verified no play in wheel nor headset bearings.

Wobble still there.

I just increased tire pressure to 30 / 36 psi F/R.

Wobble noticeably reduced. Enough it's manageable.

Going to leave the top case on as it's handy yo store the helmet and gloves when parking.

This is a very common phenomenon when adding a top case, and in some cases when switching tire brands. Did you add larger bar-end weights with the top case? Doing so will dampen the wobble somewhat.

When I put a Givi 47L topcase on I installed the large bar end weights. These weigh in at about a pound. (453 g) Helped considerably
