Any one help please Iv bought a pk xl but the one rear side panel hinge on frame has broke off , got a new one but does it have to be welded on ?

They are bolted on with two bolts on the inside edge of the panel. I'm not with my PK at the moment, but I believe you can buy these pins and they go under the nuts.

Theres 2 different types.

From what I've seen the PK S ones are wire and 2 bolts. The PK XL ones are just thin metal and welded.

You could probably just drill a couple of holes and bolt it on.
