Modern Vespa

For those of you who go on longer/ multi-day rides, what tools do you travel with for emergencies? I've Googled and found plenty of lists, and I know you can buy motorcycle roll-up tool kits that are pre-packed, but I'm trying to figure out what would actually be beneficial for *me* and not just a generic pile of stuff. I have plenty of tools and would rather put together my own kit than buy something that comes with a bunch of tools that duplicate half of what I have.

1/4 drive hex
I have the craftsman version of the handle & the various torx & sockets I find on the scooter, a hex extension is handy
The loop on the back of a crescent wrench, can be slipped over the driver to break loose tight stuff
