Right rear turn signal inop, not the bulb

Hey Guys, I just purchased this really nice 2020 Primavera 150 with only 340 miles on it. I noticed when I was picking it up from the seller the right rear turn signal didn’t work. I assumed it was a bad bulb but when I got home I put a 9v on it and it worked fine. When I select the right turn switch the front indicator flashes too rapidly as does the turn indicator on the dash. What do you think is wrong?

If the right front bulb blinks -- then it's not the switch. My guess would be dirty or corroded contacts in the socket.

Check wire harness at right side as the wire can drop down and have the tire rubbing it

Hey Harry, thanks for the tip! The wire is not hanging down but it is frayed and wires are exposed so this is most likely the problem.
