After looking at basically all of these, I'm trying to decide between these two. I'm not sure how much metal I need to replace, but it seems about the height of the shorter one here.

It's frustrating that they don't sell the full piece, with the horn cast pressed in. That would just need a spot welder, but these need some advanced welding of sheets.

Does anyone have experience with these?

The options:

Carlucci:
Pros:
- Smaller (easier to ship from Germany)
- It has the braces attached

Cons:
- It has some weird seam that needs to be welded up
- Needs the reinforcement plate fabricated

Grabor:
Pros:
- It's the full legshield, so plenty of option for where to cut
- Sip calls it Grade A - Original Restoration

Cons:
- The only photo is a computer rendering
- quite large for shipping
- Doesn't have the braces, Those need a spot welder (I need one anyway)
- Also no reinforcement plate (also needs spot welding)

Does Grabor emit the bracing (struts) so that you can choose to have either two or three? Did some Vespa models of this type have three?

That might be why! Their PX ones have everything, including the reinforcement plate. This one seems all-purpose. sprints had 3 braces. They stamp their name under where the rear brace goes.

This is less work than fabrication, but still needs lots of work.
