Hello,

Frame number is nice and clear, hopefully the engine number is also in good order. I'm assuming you are Kent in the UK? The first step is to apply for a dating certificate. The Veteran Vespa Club can do this. That will give date and model details. To register the restored scooter will then need and MOT, and maybe DVLA inspection. The main problem, is if the scooter is an import. Then the registration process seems to be coming harder by the day, depending on what paper work you have with it.

Hi,

Thanks for the information, I believe it is a UK bike but have no paper work with it. I will contact The Veteran Vespa Club for a dating certificate. From the image would you make the Vin number 21314?

Thanks

That's what it looks like to me. As already confirmed, making it a 65 V90.

Is the bike all original?
