Travel Bag for Vespa

I am, searching for a travel bag similar to the one in the link below for a 2020 Vespa GTS 300. Does anyone know of a product that would work (size-wise) that fits on the Vespa seat. The current one I have is way too big for the Vespa seat, but I got a whole lot of good use out of it. Would like to have similar capability with the Vespa. I have a top seat on my Vespa, so I would like to have that rest up against it and provide some sort of back support, although I am looking at a project to add back support to Vespa I've seen online. I have already accounted for the small PITA inconvenience for fueling up.

Does not have to be a brand name, but preferred.

I've got a Bikers Friend bag that does what you're looking for. Their site is down but search online and you can find some equivalent.

Tony, I have a MotoFizz medium seat bag as previously seen on my Burgman. Might be a little large for your needs. One complaint I had was that I really needed to stuff it full to be any real use as a back rest. I'm not selling, but you are welcome to try it out and see if something like this works for you.

Holy crap! I went looking for a link, and that's more than double what I paid for mine!!

As above - use a dry bag/stuffer bag. Good outdoors shops and chandlers will have them. We then used wire security nets to tie them to the seat. Get it just right and the seat will still stay open tilted forwards for fuelling.

I second checking out Nelson Rigg. I had a very nice tailbag by them for several years. It was intended to be used on a large rear rack, but worked just fine for the passenger seat. Mine actually expanded to nearly twice its capacity via a cleverly hidden zipper. It was a completely soft bag, but plenty sturdy enough to lean back on--provided I had it attached and packed properly. It came with a rain cover that was actually waterproof, too.

I don't know what the company currently offers, but I'd be willing to bet you could find something to suit your needs.

Another idea is to check out thrift stores. People donate the luggage they are not using anymore. You might find a nice little carry-on bag for a couple of bucks that would work great.

Many of my club mates have purchased "Mosco Moto" soft bags including a soft seat bag. I purchased but never have used a "Kriega" dry bag that would serve the same purpose except immediate access would be more troublesome as it is designed to close and keep the contents dry by rolling up at the top opening rather than a zipper.
