Hi guys, new to vespas here. I've had a 1979 Vespa 50 special in the shed for years. Pulled it out and want to get it goin for a grocery getter. Can anyone just throw a little knowledge my way and explain what maybe mines called in Vespa lingo? Trying to look up parts I need and I keep see vbb/vba/gs and a whole bunch of suffixes. Clicked on Vespa 50s for parts and I was way off. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Apologize in advice for the noob questions

You will want to direct your questions toward the Not-So-Modern forum. Some of the folks on that forum may be a bit strange, but they know classic Vespas.
