First things first, make sure nothing has come loose, wiring-wise.

Next, try disconnecting the kill switch wire and seeing if you have spark. If you do, you'll need to run a new wire because the old one is rubbing and shorting to ground.

After that, try a new spark plug. The old one may just be fouled.

Past that, it gets more complicated and we'll need more info.

Was it running fine, and now suddenly no spark?
