I watched the scene back a few times. There's a real scooter and there's some CGI. There's one particular shot where I thought it might be a prop, a shell of a scooter, but it's probably more CGI.

In any case, the in-movie scooter does get damaged a little tiny bit.

Yes but in the world of the movie the Vespa is just a bunch of zeros and ones and has a respawn interval.

In the real world Piaggio should get a kick back from body shops that repair Vespas. Seems they deserve it for the side stand design.

I agree, after all other scooter models of other brands and with low platform do not have the same problem.

Well let's not write off the whole movie because of a scooter on its side stand for 30 seconds. The other 115 minutes might be ok.

I've seen it. Ok to write off and get 115 minutes of your life back.

Side note - Saw this movie at the Drive In theater this summer, a COVID concession that brought back fond teenage memories for Mrs. CLE and me.

I've seen it and I enjoyed it for the most part. It's a popcorn movie. Kind of Grand Theft Auto meets The Truman Show meets Wreck It Ralph. With the Deadpool guy doing his Deadpool thing.
